Introduction

At Geek Repair Service, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality repair services for your electronic gadgets. Our commitment is to your satisfaction. This Refund & Service Policy outlines our procedures and policies regarding refunds and the scope of our repair services.

Repair Warranty

  • Warranty Period: All repairs are covered by a [90-day] warranty from the date of service completion, covering parts and labor for the same issue.

  • Warranty Scope: The warranty applies only to the parts and services performed by Geek Repair Service. It does not cover subsequent damage, misuse, or unrelated issues that arise after the repair.

Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refund: Customers are eligible for a full refund if we are unable to fix the issue as described in the service agreement. Refunds must be requested within [30 days] of service completion.

  • Partial Refunds: In cases where a repair is successful but the issue recurs within the warranty period, customers are entitled to a partial refund or a complimentary re-service, depending on the customer's preference and the nature of the issue.

  • Non-refundable Services: Diagnostic fees, if applicable, are non-refundable, as they cover the cost of the time and resources used to assess your gadget.

Service Limitations

  • Data Loss: While we take the utmost care to preserve data, Geek Repair Service is not responsible for data loss on devices undergoing repair. Customers are encouraged to back up their data before submitting their gadgets for repair.

  • Unclaimed Devices: Devices unclaimed for more than [60 days] after service completion will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of or used for parts, with prior notification to the customer.

  • Service Refusal: Geek Repair Service reserves the right to refuse service for devices that are deemed beyond economical repair, have been tampered with, or involve illegal software.
